In order to be transformed you have to be all in.
In order to transform others you have to be all in.
There’s no in between.
You can’t have one foot on the dock and the other in the boat. It doesn’t work that way. You have to commit.
We live and lead by example.
You want to influence others? Preach only what you practice…and boy is it a practice.
Will we fall off the wagon? Of course. But when we fall off, and we’re lying there on the ground we have a choice. We can choose to be transformed. We can choose to love ourselves more for trying. We can choose to get back up with all of the grace and the profound ability to be grateful for having learned just a little bit more about ourselves. After all…transformation is really about self-knowledge and self-mastery.
And it’s from this place that we are transformed: the place where hard work, patience, and purpose collide; and from here, we can continue working diligently towards becoming who we were called to be.
